Planning the trip yourself?

  1. Get the template: copy the Google Sheet template (recommended), or download the Excel template and save it as a Google Sheet.
  2. Fill in your itinerary and set a passphrase in the Settings tab.
  3. Tap Add trip. Then tap the trip name at the top and invite your travel buddies.

Just want to view a trip offline?

Fill in the Excel template (or get the file from whoever planned the trip) and tap Open file. It loads fast and works with no internet, but it's view only – no ticking or editing, and changes to the file don't sync. You can send the same file to your travel buddies to open the same way.

Joining someone's trip?

Open the invite link they sent you, or tap Add trip and enter the connector link, the trip Sheet link and the passphrase.
